Summary
CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Weight Management Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.

- Weekday - 7:30am- 4:00pm \n
- No weekends, nights, or Holidays \n
Pay and Benefits
\n- \n
- Salary range: $122,888.06 - $166,890.60 per year\n
- \n
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity \n
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate \n
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation. \n

Qualifications
Required:
- \n
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program \n
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant \n
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card \n
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:\n

- Weight Management \n
- Chronic Disease Management \n
