Health First is seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist to help build and lead the growth of an expanding heart failure program on Florida’s Space Coast.

This is an opportunity for a physician who wants to do more than step into an established practice. You will have the opportunity to develop a heart failure program, introduce new services, establish clinical pathways, and help shape how heart failure patients are cared for across a large and growing community.

And you won't be building it alone.

The Opportunity

Our ideal candidate is a cardiologist who combines strong clinical skills with an interest in program development and clinical leadership.

The role offers flexibility to create the practice that best fits your interests:

• Dedicated Heart Failure: Focus primarily on heart failure management, including outpatient care and inpatient rounding.
\n
• Heart Failure + General Cardiology: Combine heart failure with general cardiology and hospital rounding.
\n
• Monday–Friday schedule with no hospital call.
\n
• Lead and coordinate the development of the heart failure clinic and inpatient rounding program.
\n
• Leverage an established and substantial referral network.
\n
• Introduce CardioMEMS as the first of several planned additions to the heart failure program.
\n
• Help identify and develop additional services and programs as the heart failure program grows.
\n
• Collaborate with an established, multidisciplinary cardiovascular team and comprehensive cardiac infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Advanced Heart Failure training preferred

• Experience or strong interest in heart failure management
