We are in the early stages of developing a new healthcare facility, and we are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join us as we prepare to launch this exciting new chapter in patient care.

Job Overview:

  • A mix of inpatient and outpatient work

  • General urology practice
  • \n
  • Monday through Friday schedule with some on-call duties
  • \n
  • Flexibility as we build and shape this new facility

Qualifications:

    \n
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
  • \n
  • Completed residency training in Urology
  • \n
  • Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians
  • \n
  • Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license
  • \n
\n

Compensation Details:

\n
    \n
  • 2-year salary guaranteed
  • \n
  • wRVU production incentive
  • \n
  • $60,000 sign-on bonus (3- year work commitment)
  • \n
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, CME allowance, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage
