Exciting Opportunity for a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon in Oakland, CA

Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to become part of our collaborative and established team in Oakland. Position Highlights
  1. Team Structure: Comprising 9 surgeons (7 specializing in adult care and 2 in pediatrics)

  2. Collaborative Approach: Engage closely with 6 skilled Physician Assistants, as well as regional departments in physical medicine, rehabilitation, neurology, and neurosurgery

  3. Surgical Focus Areas: Adult degenerative conditions, deformities, tumors, trauma, and infections

  4. Operating Room Schedule: 3-5 days each week

  5. On-Call Rotation: Approximately once every 6 weeks

  6. Dedicated time available for trauma cases

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $620,819 to $640,020*, with additional potential incentives reaching up to $138,755. Options for reduced schedules with prorated compensation may also be available. *Some incentive figures are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements
  • Board Certification or Eligibility

  • Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently hold one
