Locums PA - Family Practice Position in CA

• Work Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with 8-hour shifts

• Evening Shift: One evening per week from 12 PM to 9 PM

• Weekend Requirement: One Saturday or Sunday each month

• Alternative Schedule: Option to work four 9-hour shifts weekly

• Patient Load: 20-24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25-27 during a 9-hour shift

• Care Focus: Primary care for pediatric, adult, and women's health across all age groups

• Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working community

• Procedures: Office-based procedures are required

• Housing and Travel: Complimentary housing and travel arrangements provided

• Licensing and Malpractice: We cover the costs and manage the arrangements
