VP of Finance

Kforce's client in the Northside of Milwaukee area is looking for a VP of Finance. Summary: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a critical member of the global leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will have direct oversight of our North America business unit finance teams and indirect oversight of our finance teams in Europe and Asia. In addition to owning business unit FP&A, accounting, reporting, and internal control activities, you will participate extensively in the execution of our company's most important objectives - including strategic planning, policy deployment, capital allocation, continuous improvement, staff development, and maintaining the family business culture that makes our Client unique. Requirements: Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting or Finance is required Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) strongly preferred 10+ years of varied and progressive experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting 5+ years of experience in public accounting is strongly preferred 5+ years of experience leading a multi-division, global Finance organization The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
