Key Responsibilities- Work 12-hour shifts, either from 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM.
- Care for an average of 35 to 40 newborns daily.
- Provide services in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Conduct pre-rounding on critical and IV fluid patients, participating in shared interdisciplinary rounds.
- Perform essential procedures including intubation, central line placement, lumbar punctures, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PAL), and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) placements.
- Attend high-risk deliveries; transport responsibilities are not required.
- Hold a valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
