Looking for an Maintenance Technician who can fix a leaky faucet, battle a rebellious toilet, and occasionally save the day when someone's AC decides to retire. ????

$17.00 to $19.00 hourly.
Monday through Friday with day shift hours except for the occasional emergency such as lockouts or a burst water pipe.

You'll be doing things like:
????️ General maintenance
???? Plumbing repairs
???? Basic electrical work
'44;️ HVAC troubleshooting
???? Occasional emergency lockouts
???? Preventative maintenance and repairs

YOU MUST:
'05; Live within 15–20 minutes of Batesville, Arkansas
'05; Have a clean background
'05; Have a clean driving record
'05; Be dependable and able to work independently
'05; Know your way around basic tools and repairs

Weekends off (unless an emergency decides otherwise—because apparently pipes don't respect weekends ????).

If you're the person everyone calls when something breaks, we want you!


Skills and Experience:

You must have experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You do not have to be certified, just have some knowledge in those area.
