Locums NP - Family Practice Job Opportunity in California

• Full-time position, working five days a week with 8-hour shifts, with the option for 9-hour shifts.
• One evening shift weekly from 12 PM to 9 PM, plus one Saturday each month.
• Manage an average of 20 to 24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25 to 27 patients for a 9-hour shift.
• Work in an outpatient family practice clinic focusing on primary care and same-day appointments.
• Follow scheduling guidelines that prevent back-to-back complex patient visits.
• Perform various procedures including suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and more.
• Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient demographic.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required, with a preference for family practice and urgent care backgrounds.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
