Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand or Upper Extremity to become part of our collaborative team in Fresno. Position Highlights- Team Structure: Comprising 8 surgeons (2 Hand, 2 Total Joint, 2 Sports, 1 Trauma, and 1 Non-operative Sports).
- Collaborative Approach: Work alongside 6 skilled Physician Assistants.
- Surgical Focus: Engage in elective surgeries for Shoulder, Elbow, and Hand. Procedures can be performed in the Main OR or in the clinic for suitable cases.
- Operating Room Schedule: 3-4 days per month, with additional elective procedure time available in the office.
- On-Call Duties: Approximately 3-4 days per month, primarily for community-level trauma.
- Robust Support System: Extensive support teams for surgical coordination, including Medical Assistants, Surgical Schedulers, Hand Therapists, Surgical Assistants, and clinic staff to assist with office-based procedures.
- Educational and Leadership Roles: Participate as a rotation site for medical students from California Health Sciences University, with opportunities to engage in training, research, regional projects, and leadership initiatives.

Requirements- Board Certification or Eligibility.
- Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently licensed to practice in California.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is between $640,200 and $660,000, with additional potential incentives of up to $83,270. Reduced schedules with prorated compensation may also be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
