Job Responsibilities
  • Full-time commitment, five days a week, with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift weekly.
  • Evening hours: 12 PM to 9 PM; one Saturday shift required each month.
  • Manage a patient load of 20 to 24 during 8-hour shifts and 25 to 27 during 9-hour shifts.
  • Work primarily with Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, serving patients aged 6 months and older.
  • Perform office procedures such as suturing, splinting, IUD placements, and joint injections.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is essential; experience in family practice and urgent care is advantageous.
  • Spanish language skills are beneficial for effective communication with the patient demographic.
Working Conditions
  • Additional evening or Saturday shifts may be required for vacation and leave coverage.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
