Administrative Assistant

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: M-F
Pay rate is $19.00 to $21.00

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting leadership with administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for internal teams and leadership.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and general office administration.
  • Support department projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
