\nUnited Regional is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join an employed multispecialty clinic in North Texas.

- Patients stay yours: build a true panel and care for the same patients, not a rotating queue \n
- A transition clinic that handles post-discharge care: your day is chronic-disease management, not urgent follow-ups \n
- 4.5-day work week: 36 patient-facing hours, with the remaining time flexible for admin work or personal time \n
- Support that actually reduces your load: APPs, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, and practice managers handle refills, prior authorizations, and coordination \n
- Specialist access under one roof: multispecialty facility makes a walk down the hall and talk face to face a reality \n
- Epic EMR with AI and modern tech implementation \n

- Guaranteed first year salary floor of $250k, plus wRVU production incentive \n
- Total compensation potential of $450k+ \n
