Job Responsibilities- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 8-hour shifts
- Manage a minimum of 18 patients daily
- Provide care in an outpatient FQHC/rural health environment
- Serve a diverse patient population, including both pediatric and adult patients
- Utilize chronic pain management expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care (Family Practice/Urgent Care) is essential
- Experience in chronic pain management is required
- Availability for an ongoing assignment with an immediate start date
