What You Will Be Doing:

\n

Follow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries.

\n

Estimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge.

\n

Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.

\n

Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.

\n

Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.

\n

Prepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials.

\n

Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.

\n

Ensure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.

\n

Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

Maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

\n

Support estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

\n

Help ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations.

\n

Perform other duties as assigned.

\n

Skills You Bring:

\n

Experience in customer service and vendor coordination.

\n

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

\n

Associate degree and 2--4 years of relevant experience required. Glass/aluminum industry experience is a plus.

\n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.

\n

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\n

Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.

\n

Comfort with numbers and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, area, and related measurements.

\n

Experience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team environment.

\n

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

\n

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

\n

\n

Physical Requirements:

\n

Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

\n
