What You Will Be Doing:
\nFollow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries.
\nEstimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge.
\nEnter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.
\nCoordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.
\nSupport project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.
\nPrepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials.
\nAssist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.
\nEnsure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.
\nTrain new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
\nMaintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
\nSupport estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
\nHelp ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations.
\nPerform other duties as assigned.

Skills You Bring:
\nExperience in customer service and vendor coordination.
\nHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality.
\nAssociate degree and 2--4 years of relevant experience required. Glass/aluminum industry experience is a plus.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.
\nComfort with numbers and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, area, and related measurements.
\nExperience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team environment.
\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
\nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements:
\nSedentary work with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
