Senior PMO Program Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior PMO Program Manager in Nashville, TN. Summary: We are seeking a Senior PMO Program Manager to support a large-scale business transformation initiative within a fast-paced, highly visible corporate environment. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, executive reporting, project governance, and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex business environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership Build and coordinate materials for leadership reviews, business updates, and strategic planning sessions Track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives Partner with finance and business leaders to support planning, reporting, and execution activities Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-through on key commitments Create and maintain governance documents, operating procedures, and program documentation Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams Support organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives Develop reporting tools, scorecards, and executive-ready communications Drive accountability and alignment among business stakeholders Requirements: 7+ years of experience in PMO, program management, management consulting, business transformation, or strategic operations Strong experience supporting executive leadership and senior stakeholders Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and business updates Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Exceptional project coordination and organizational abilities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools is preferred Preferred Experience: Enterprise transformation initiatives Mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects Strategic planning and operational excellence Finance or business operations partnership Cross-functional leadership reporting The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
