How will you make an impact & Requirements

- Practice in our East Point and West Marietta care centers, serving two vibrant and diverse Georgia communities while collaborating with experienced, mission-driven care teams \n
- 30-60 minute appointments that allow for meaningful patient interactions \n
- An average of just 10-15 patients per day, giving you the time to focus on quality care \n
- A collaborative care model with Whole Health Coaches and interdisciplinary support \n
- A focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health outcomes rather than volume-driven care \n

- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management \n
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families \n
- Collaborate with Whole Health Coaches and care team members to develop personalized care plans \n
- Use evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve patient outcomes \n
- Empower patients through education, wellness coaching, and shared decision-making \n

- MD or DO from an accredited medical school \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty \n
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment \n
- DEA registration or ability to obtain \n
- Passion for patient-centered, relationship-based care \n
