Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts and one evening shift weekly.
- Weekend Requirement: One Saturday each month; option available for a 4 x 9-hour shift schedule.
- Patient Load: 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25-27 patients per 9-hour shift.
- Setting: Outpatient family practice clinic, serving as both primary and float site.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, ages 6 months and older.
- Office Procedures: Includes suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and pap smears.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required; experience in family practice and urgent care is preferred.

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your overall experience, and qualifications.
