RN - IMCU, Nights - Northside

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The staff nurse is tasked with delivering nursing care to patients across all stages of life, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role operates within the established policies and procedures of the organization, showcasing professional development and accountability. The staff nurse is also responsible for upholding practice standards and coordinating the patient care activities of all assigned personnel to ensure high-quality nursing services.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
New graduates from a nursing program are welcome to apply.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a valid NLC/eNLC Multistate License is mandatory.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
For PRN roles, a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is advantageous (refer to addendum).
Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
