We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM. New graduates can start at an impressive wage of $42.50 per hour. Additionally, we provide tuition reimbursement for full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
- Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on their evolving conditions.
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
- Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, maintaining good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
