Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $49 per hour for PRN shifts
• Schedule: PRN

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents.
• Oversee and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit.
• Monitor, guide, and assess the activities of staff as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
• Provide leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
• Engage in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
• Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
• Technical training or higher in Nursing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
