Job Responsibilities- Full-time position, working five days a week with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift weekly.
- One Saturday each month, with the option for a 4/9-hour shift schedule.
- Manage a patient load of 20 to 24 during an 8-hour shift, and 25 to 27 during a 9-hour shift.
- Serve primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families with patients aged 6 months and older.
- Perform office procedures such as suturing, splinting, joint injections, and IUD placements.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required, preferably in family practice or urgent care.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Experience in primary care, preventative care, and same-day care settings is essential.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
