We are currently in search of a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to enhance our team in Seneca, PA. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding clinical abilities and a passion for providing top-notch care while engaging in various clinical trials available within the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network. Applicants should hold or be eligible to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology. Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the candidate's experience.

The selected physician will join as the second member of a busy medical oncology practice situated on the UPMC Northwest hospital campus, where they will have access to cutting-edge oncology treatments and clinical trials. Physicians in this practice benefit from a supportive, integrated network of healthcare professionals. Collaborate with a skilled team of medical oncologists, hematologists, advanced practice providers, specialized oncology nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and additional support personnel. The practice encompasses both outpatient and inpatient medical consultations, chemotherapy, laboratory services, and supportive therapy visits. Patient care is delivered in both clinic and hospital settings from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call responsibilities shared among physician colleagues.

UPMC Northwest, located in Seneca and Cranberry Township, features 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be adapted for semi-private use, accommodating up to 126 beds. The facility includes a one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building connected to the hospital via an enclosed walkway. Additionally, there is a nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit adjacent to the hospital. UPMC Northwest is equipped with state-of-the-art treatment technology to meet the healthcare needs of its patients.
