Customer Service Representative

Albuquerque, NM | Fully Onsite | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing organization in the consumer services industry in Phoenix, Arizona. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and update records within company systems
  • Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail support, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new technology platforms
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a consumer services environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer account management tools
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on experience
