ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the provision of quality nursing care for patients across all age groups, as well as managing operational matters during your shift.
- Delivering clinical care as necessary based on patient census demands.
- Communicating patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to the relevant leadership.
- Acting as a resource for guidance and support to nursing staff.
Minimum Education Required: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience Required: At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications: Preferred two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced certification in a specialty area, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical competency is essential.
