Compensation and Miles- Pay Rate: Earn between 58-70 cents per mile, depending on experience.
- Mileage: Average between 2,300 and 2,500 miles per week, with potential for over 3,000 miles.
- Additional Pay: Compensation for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
- Merit Pay: Eligible within the first 60 days of employment.
- Longevity Pay: Increases annually.

Drive a late-model International LT625, fully automatic, with an average fleet age of just 2 years. Each truck is equipped with:

Requirements- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
- Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
- Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
