Compensation Details

• Pay Per Mile: Earn between 58-70 cents per mile, depending on experience.
• Mileage: Average between 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week, with potential for over 3,000 miles.
• Additional Pay: Compensation for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
• Merit Pay: Eligible for merit pay within the first 60 days of employment.
• Longevity Pay: Increases annually based on your tenure.

Your Truck

Drive a late-model International LT625, fully automatic, with an average fleet age of just two years. Each truck is equipped with:

• SiriusXM All Access CB Radio

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
• Consistent work history (no more than two employers per year)
• Clean driving record (no more than four minor violations, one preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last three years)
