The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

\n

  • Operate multiple Stahli and Blanchard grinding machines
  • \n
  • Produce components according to blueprint specifications and production standards
  • \n
  • Install, change, and dress grinding wheels
  • \n
  • Gauge inserts and components to verify dimensional accuracy
  • \n
  • Perform visual inspections using scopes and other inspection equipment
  • \n
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards
  • \n
  • Complete basic to moderately complex machine setups
  • \n
  • Troubleshoot routine production and machine issues
  • \n
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • \n
  • Communicate quality, safety, and production concerns across shifts
  • \n
