Job Description
Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication and language development in a school-based opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract position will give you a chance to collaborate with a dedicated educational team and make a lasting difference for children and families. The role is open to both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to launch their careers in a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Active MN Speech-Language Pathology license (PDF copy required for consideration)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; open to CFs working toward CCC
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments, generate comprehensive evaluations, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect student needs and measurable goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster language-rich learning environments
- Maintain timely documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with educational regulations
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
