Interim Controller

Kforce has a client in Voorhees, NJ that is seeking an Interim Controller. Responsibilities: Oversee Accounting department Five direct reports with additional layers beneath them. (Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Financial Shared Services. Does not including Payroll, Fisc Comp or Rev Cycle) Daily use of Standard GAAP principals experience (Microsoft Excel Pivot & Look Ups) Work with the CFO on month-end close (automated process) Requirements: Must have worked for a company with 200M in EBITA Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing a team and partnering closely with the CFO through a significant transition Proven ability to operate independently and quickly assess, prioritize, improve processes and execute in a changing environment Must be able to come in and collaborate and mesh well with the team Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, balanced with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and address operational needs Experience in a private equity-backed organization is strongly preferred; Prior experience with a Partners Group portfolio company would be a plus (but not required) Experience in the Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
