A dedicated school district is seeking a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support students near Elk River, MN. This is a contract opportunity with a collaborative educational team, welcoming both fully-credentialed clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to grow their career in a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license required (please include a PDF copy of your license with your application)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is valued, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for fostering students’ communication, social, and academic growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and interventions to K–12 students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor students’ progress and adjust therapy plans to align with their unique needs
  • Provide direct and consultative services to support educational teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required by district and state guidelines

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Onsite work from approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027 (student start date 9/8/2026)
  • Serve a diverse caseload supporting students' speech and language development
