Kforce has a client in Newton, MA that is seeking a Staff Lease Analyst. This role will be working in a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Staff Lease Analyst will review and interpret lease agreements, amendments, and related documents Maintain lease and tenant data within property management systems Abstract key financial and operational lease terms for reporting purposes Review data accuracy and validate information entered by internal or third-party teams Support rent calculations, recoveries, escalations, and recurring billing processes Perform reconciliations and assist with monthly and quarterly reporting activities As a Staff Lease Analyst, you will coordinate with accounting, legal, asset management, and property operations teams Support acquisitions, due diligence efforts, audits, and special projects Investigate and resolve lease, billing, and documentation discrepancies Ensure compliance with lease terms, internal controls, and reporting requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field 3+ years of lease administration, contract administration, real estate operations, or related experience Experience interpreting complex commercial contracts or lease agreements Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Excel and business management software platforms Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of commercial real estate operations and lease accounting concepts preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
