Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients
• Develop treatment plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy
• Document services
• Educate caregivers
• Participate in care planning
• Optional COTA supervision

Qualifications

Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, driver's license, dependable transportation, and excellent organizational skills.
