Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents.
• Oversee and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit, ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assume “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
• Engage in resident care functions.
• Handle charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
• Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

Experience in long-term care is advantageous.

Education Requirements

Technical training or higher in Nursing is required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Registered Nurse
• Preferred: CPR/First Aid Certification
