Baptist Medical Center Beaches is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Nocturnist to join our growing inpatient Hospitalist team.

\n

This full-time position offers a 7-on/7-off night schedule and a diverse inpatient scope that includes admissions, rapid responses, and floor-call coverage. The provider will also deliver telehealth support to Baptist Medical Center Nassau from the Beaches campus.

\n

You will join a collaborative team while contributing to an innovative health-system initiative designed to strengthen the integration and utilization of Advanced Practice Providers across our hospitals.

What You Will Do\n

\n
• Perform overnight admission evaluations and management
\n
• Respond to rapid-response events
\n
• Provide clinical support for floor calls
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals
\n
• Extend telehealth coverage to Baptist Medical Center Nassau
\n
• Support safe and efficient patient-care transitions
\n
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance APP integration across hospital campuses
\n

Candidate Qualifications\n

\n
• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
\n
• At least one year of Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or ICU experience
\n
• Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license
\n
• National certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain
\n
• Valid Florida driver’s license
\n
