Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school setting is highly desirable
• Comfortable developing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing both direct and consultative therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students across various age groups
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs

• Engage and inform teachers and family members to ensure team-based progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
