Job Description

The RoleFortem, part of the Willmott Dixon Group specialise in capital and retrofit programmes within the social housing sector and are specialists in works to high rise / high risk buildings. We require an Assistant Site Manager to oversee an accelerated retrofit cladding replacement & refurbishment programme to four high rise blocks in central Bristol. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Located within easy commute of Bristol, we envisage making offers to the successful candidate August/September (interviews will be carried out asap).The CustomerThis will be working within our Bristol City Council contract, this will include retrofit cladding replacement & refurbishment programme to four high rise blocks in central Bristol. The four high-rise projects will be wrapped in either tube and fitting scaffold or mast climbers, to enable access for the removal and replacement of both existing render systems and brick slips. Multiple MEP services will be removed and reinstated progressively with the faade replacement works.
