The role offers plenty of variety, combining office-based administration with property inspections and viewings, and there is potential for the contract to be extended.The RoleWorking alongside an experienced team, you'll support the day-to-day running of the lettings and property management department, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting accompanied property viewings.Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports.Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio.Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.Coordinating maintenance and repairs.Assisting with tenancy administration.Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems.Providing general administrative support to the team.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience in lettings, estate agency, property management or a customer-facing role.Enjoys meeting people and providing excellent customer service.Is organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.Has good IT skills and attention to detail.Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.What's on Offer?Circa £26,000 per annum.Initial 3-month fixed-term contract , with the possibility of extension.A varied role with a mix of office-based work, property inspections and viewings.The opportunity to gain valuable experience with an established Cambridge property company.Supportive and friendly team environment.If you're looking to build your career within residential property and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today or contact EC Recruitment for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
