Senior Project Manager (Regeneration)London Bridge (2 days office/site based, 3 days remote working)£64,000 to £71,000, depending on experienceHyde is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our collaborative and values-driven team. You will play a key role in project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement, helping to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes and strengthen local communities.Key DutiesLead the planning, development and delivery of complex regeneration projects.Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, financial appraisals and delivery plans.Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors to keep schemes on time and within budget.Produce clear governance papers, reports and recommendations for internal committees.Lead resident, community and stakeholder engagement to inform project design and delivery.Why Join Hyde?Hyde is part of the Hyde group one of the UK's leading housing providers, managing and owning around 120,000 homes nationwide.
