Strong diary management and rebooking skills are key to keeping the schedule full and organised.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver manicures, pedicures and nail treatments to a premium standardBuild lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookingsAchieve retail and treatment targets through genuine recommendationsManage your diary accurately, handling bookings and rebookingsMaintain a clean, hygienic, well-presented treatment areaSupport colleagues as part of the wider clinic teamStay current with new treatments, techniques and productsRequirementsNVQ Level 2 minimum in Nail Technology or equivalentAt least 1 year's experience in a salon, spa or clinicStrong focus on manicures and pedicures, with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to manage a busy diary independently and as part of a teamWorking HoursFull-time, permanent: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.This is more than a job, it's a chance to join a premium brand, work with luxury products, and grow your career in a supportive, expanding business.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
