NEC SupervisorLocation: Birmingham AirportPay: £44-£48 per hour, umbrellaDuration: 6 monthsWe are seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to support a ongoing works at Birmingham Airport, with a focus on the review and inspection of completed works, including civils works, that have been completed under the NEC form of contract. The role will involve working independently on site to ensure that works have been delivered in accordance with the contract requirements, relevant standards, and quality expectations.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' demonstrable experience working as an NEC Supervisor and be confident operating autonomously with minimal supervision. This position is based at Birmingham Airport, and the individual must be willing and able to attend site up to 5 days per week as required.Key Responsibilities- Inspect and review completed works on site against the agreed scope and specification.- Undertake NEC Supervisor duties in line with contractual requirements.- Record findings, identify defects or non-compliances, and support close-out actions.- Liaise with contractors and project teams in a professional and proactive manner.- Work independently to manage site inspections and reporting.Essential Requirements- Minimum 5 years' demonstrable experience as an NEC Supervisor.- Strong background in civils works preferrable.- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.- Willingness to be based at Birmingham Airport and attend site up to 5 days per week.- Strong communication, reporting, and inspection skills.NEC SupervisorTPBN1_UKTJ
