If so, please read on...Essential skillset:Proven experience in a BIM Design role within building services or fire alarm systemsStrong proficiency in Revit for 3D BIM modellingAdvanced AutoCAD skills for producing 2D layouts, schematics and installation drawingsGood understanding of UK fire safety regulationsExperience coordinating BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering teamsAbility to carry out on-site surveys and translate findings into coordinated BIM modelsExperience participating in design coordination and client review meetingsStrong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality design deliverablesExcellent technical problem-solving skills, including clash detection and design coordinationExperience maintaining project documentation, BIM models and drawing registersDesirable experience:Previous experience on large-scale industrial or manufacturing projectsKnowledge of BIM Level 2 , Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM execution plans (BEP)Experience using coordination software such as NavisworksUnderstanding of fire alarm system design principles and installation practicesExperience supporting testing, commissioning and design validation activitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
