The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients , helping them maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and wellbeing. You will work closely with registered nurses, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team to ensure patients receive safe, respectful, and effective care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and support with daily living activities .Record care provided accurately and maintain appropriate documentation .Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, carers, and colleagues.Follow organisational policies and procedures.Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in their own care wherever possible.Safeguard vulnerable clients and report any concerns in accordance with relevant procedures.Essential Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 6 months UK experience.The right to work in the UK and willingness to complete an? enhanced DBS check you must hold or be willing to obtain this , references, and safer-recruitment checks.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of dignity, privacy, safeguarding, and person-centred care.Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and organisational procedures.Previous experience in a healthcare or care environment .Driving Licence ( D esirable)QualificationsHealthcare or Care qualification, such as Care Certificate, Level 2/3 Health and Social Care , or equivalent, is desirable.Relevant training in moving and handling, infection control, safeguarding, and basic life support is advantageous .Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.What We Offer at The Recruitment CrowdFlexible agency shifts?Weekly pay?Holiday pay?Ongoing training (online and in-person)?24/7 support from our experienced branch team .TPBN1_UKTJ
