A well-established and highly regarded Oxfordshire law firm is looking to appoint a Probate Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters while contributing to the firm's long-term success.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care throughout the process. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team whilst enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities will include:

\n

• Managing a varied caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters. • Advising clients on all aspects of estate administration. • Drafting and preparing legal documentation. • Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding client care. • Progressing matters efficiently and proactively. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm. • Supporting business development, networking and relationship-building activities. • Contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the department.

About You

\n

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience in probate and estate administration matters.

You will have:

\n

• Qualified Solicitor status. • Experience handling Probate and Estate Administration files. • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • The ability to manage a caseload independently. • Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills. Desirable Experience

Whilst not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
