Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters while contributing to the firm's long-term success.
\nThe Role
\nYou will manage your own caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care throughout the process. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team whilst enjoying a high degree of autonomy.
\nResponsibilities will include:
\n• Managing a varied caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters. • Advising clients on all aspects of estate administration. • Drafting and preparing legal documentation. • Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding client care. • Progressing matters efficiently and proactively. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm. • Supporting business development, networking and relationship-building activities. • Contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the department.
\nAbout You
\nApplications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience in probate and estate administration matters.
\nYou will have:
\n• Qualified Solicitor status. • Experience handling Probate and Estate Administration files. • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • The ability to manage a caseload independently. • Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills. \nDesirable Experience
\nWhilst not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
