\nAt Bright Futures, we champion the potential of every person with autism and a learning disability, believing wholeheartedly in their ability to thrive and lead the most fulfilling lives. We're looking for passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our specialist home in Warrington.
\nRiverside is our adult home in Warrington and consists of four, two bedroom houses next door to each other with a shared, large garden space. The people we support here love getting out and about, visiting new places and going on trips away. They love independent days out as well as taking part in whole-home activities and celebrations. Riverside are often the hosts of parties and events like their annual 'Riverfest'.
\nIn your?role as Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager in the running of the home and the team. You will?lead?a team of care professionals, foster a strong safeguarding culture, and ensure our?high standards?are upheld every day.
\nWe are looking for someone who is confident in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, someone who can support the Registered Manager to achieve the highest standards of care and empowering the people we support to become more independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.
\nWhat we're looking for:

A?Level 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
\n

It is essential you hold a full UK driving licence.
\n

?A minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting.
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in caring for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
\n
- \n
- \n
Someone who can mentor?a team to achieve their goal.
\n
