What You'll Be Leading

• Driving sales performance by engaging customers directly and leading by example

• Coaching and supporting team members to hit targets and develop their skills

• Building and managing strong customer relationships that deliver long-term brand loyalty

• Reporting on campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements
\n

What We Need From You

• Natural leadership ability — you motivate people and set the standard
\n
• A strong commercial mindset with the confidence to drive results
\n
• Background in retail, hospitality, events, PR, media, sales or management — ideal
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent brands at the highest level
\n
• 18+ and right to work in the UK — essential
\n
