This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced Cover Supervisors looking to build their career in education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. You will need to be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher.* Ensure students complete assigned work set by the teacher.* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.* Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.* Support students with questions and encourage engagement.

Requirements:* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is desirable.* Strong classroom management and communication skills.* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.* A positive attitude and professional presence.* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
