Some Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload
\n
• Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners
\n
• Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
\n
• Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements
\n
• Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing
\n
• Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team
\n

You will be:

• An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level
\n
• Technically strong with experience handling complex transactions
\n
• Confident managing matters and client relationships independently
\n
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
\n
• Comfortable supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers
\n
• Collaborative, personable and client-focused
\n
• Keen to play a key role within an ambitious and growing team
\n
