Key Responsibilities of the Senior Fire Safety Engineer:

- Lead and support fire safety design and risk management for a wide range of building types \n
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients \n
- Mentor and support junior engineers \n
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and fire risk assessments \n
- Create clear, comprehensive reports, presentations, and fire strategy documentation \n
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and authorities to deliver effective solutions \n
- Contribute ideas and insight to help grow and develop the business \n
What You’ll Bring:
\n- \n
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Fire Engineering or a related field \n
- At least 5 years’ experience in fire safety engineering \n
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (IFE or IFSM member preferred) \n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and fire engineering software (e.g. CFD modelling, thermal analysis) \n
- Strong working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and international codes \n
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical details for varied audiences \n
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and high standards \n
- A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK \n
- Willingness to travel in the UK and abroad when required \n
Relevant Experience:
