\nWe're partnering with a high-growth, ambitious creative agency to find a Management Accountant to join their bright finance team.
\nYou'll have ownership of 3 entities, oversee group financial reporting and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Revenue recognition will be a key area of responsibility, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a time-based or project-based environment.
\nThis agency has experienced impressive growth over the last few years and has ambitious plans to expand further, offering excellent potential for an equally ambitious MA.
\nResponsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely group financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts and KPI reporting. \n
- Present financial information and insights to senior stakeholders, supporting business performance and decision-making. \n
- Take ownership of your workload, ensuring deadlines and reporting timetables are consistently met. \n
- Apply strong technical accounting knowledge, staying up to date with relevant financial reporting, tax and audit requirements. \n
- Oversee revenue recognition across the group, working closely with Client Directors, MDs and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant accounting. \n
- Maintain and improve financial processes, controls and best practice across the group. \n
- Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insight, solve problems and support business objectives. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Newly qualified or close to qualified with strong management accounting experience. \n
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, ideally gained within a time-based, project-based or professional services environment. \n
- Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight, solve problems and support business objectives. \n
- A self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work collaboratively. \n
- Strong communication and presentation skills \n
- Naturally process-minded, with an eye for identifying improvements and developing practical solutions as the business evolves. \n
